Notes
The Fern Notes module provides you with an easy to navigate interface to record and monitor various business tasks including phone calls, customer requests, sales orders, product returns or any other forms of communication you would like to keep a track of. This flexible package allows you to customize the structure of your notes accordingly to your business needs.

Various projects can be defined and notes can be assigned to the project allowing for effective and efficient task monitoring by management and relevant staff members. Notes can be assigned to the team members for action or to inform and email notification will be provided. Monitoring the progress of the task as well as notification on the completion is done through maintaining the task status. Optionally, individual project members, when assigned to projects, can be notified of changes to any task under the project, receiving information on the progress of the task throughout its completion. To view and analyze present tasks within a system, various searches and reports are available.

Administration functions within this package allow to pre-define values for some fields for your notes depending on the structure of the notes and the need of your business. It enables you to simplify the task-entering process, prompting users with the values available for selection.

Using Fern Notes within your company will remove a paper trail and insure accurate tracking of the business tasks. This module can also be used for tracking customer’s requests logged through the website using an interface provided within the Fern Form module.
