The Fern e-Sales module is one of the components of the FernPOS retail management solution.

Fern e-Sales provides a complete interface for on-line trading including an e-shop front for Internet shoppers, special product management interfaces and order notifications.

e-shop front pages The easy to navigate interface provides customers with a list of the products and style choices available and a virtual shopping basket with an online payment option.


E-mail order notification and transaction data capture You will receive e-mail notifications for every purchase entered through your website. Payment information is captured and stored on the secure server. Orders are available for viewing in a voucher format for later submission to the bank and for products to be sent to the customer. All profit and stock level reports are viewable either online or through the store software.

Main customers can be issued individual log on to the store’s website to view information relevant to them including personal details and transaction details.


Product option management You are able to use product Option profiles to define various sets of product styles. Each product is listed with the choice of styles available and on-line customers are asked to specify two styles for a product purchased in the preferred order to allow for stock variation.
